
Ingredients
2 chicken legs, 150 g (about 5 oz) garlic.
Seasonings
5 g ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Steps
1. Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and cut into pieces; peel the garlic cloves; wash the ginger and cut into thin strips.
2. Place a clay pot on the stove, add water and bring to a boil, then add the chicken legs, garlic, and ginger strips, cooking on high heat until it comes to a rolling boil.
3. Add soy sauce and salt, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and infused with flavor. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl.
