
Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) pork leg, 1 apple (about 300 g), 100 g dried figs.

Salt to taste.
Steps
1. Rinse the pork clean, slice it into large thin pieces, briefly blanch in boiling water, then remove and drain.
2. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut into large chunks; wash the figs.
3. Bring a suitable amount of water to a boil in a clay pot, then add the pork slices, apple chunks, and figs, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
4. Add salt to taste, simmer briefly, then remove from heat and serve in a bowl.
