
Ingredients
50 g each of diced potatoes, cabbage chunks, cauliflower, green beans, tomato chunks, carrot slices, and shredded onions, plus 15 g of cilantro segments.
Seasonings
1 tablespoon each of black peppercorns, fine salt, and butter, 2 tablespoons of MSG, and 1000 g (about 4 cups) of beef broth.
Steps
1. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small florets; remove the strings from the green beans, wash them, and cut into diamond-shaped slices, then blanch in boiling water until just cooked, drain, and set aside.
2. Bring the beef broth to a boil in a pot, then add carrots, onions, peppercorns, cilantro, butter, potatoes, cabbage, and cauliflower, and cook until tender.
3. Add the sliced green beans and tomato chunks, cook briefly, then season with salt and MSG to taste. Remove from heat and serve in bowls.
