200 g (about 7 oz) daikon radish, 10 goji berries, a few strips of lemon peel, 20 g (about 0.7 oz) lettuce.

Steps

1. Peel the radish, wash it, and slice into evenly thick rounds.

2. Wash the lettuce and cut it into thin strips.

3. Bring water to a boil in a soup pot, add the shredded radish, goji berries, lemon peel strips, and rock sugar, and cook for 15 minutes, then sprinkle in the shredded lettuce and cook for another 2 minutes before serving.
