
Ingredients
200 g cauliflower, 100 g green beans, 80 g carrot.
Seasonings
Salt, MSG, and white pepper to taste, 1500 g (about 6 1/2 cups) clear broth, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Peel, wash, and slice the carrot.
2. Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.
3. Remove the tough strings from the green beans, wash them, then slice diagonally into thin strips.
4. Place a clean pot over high heat, add vegetable oil and heat until hot, then add the carrot slices, green bean strips, and cauliflower, stir-frying until just tender, then pour in the clear broth, add salt, pepper, and MSG, and simmer until the flavors meld together, then serve.
