Goji Berry and Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin 500 g (about 1 lb), ginkgo nuts 20 g, goji berries 10 g, a little chopped celery.

Seasonings

1/2 tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoons evaporated milk, 1000 g (about 4 cups) broth.

Steps

1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the pulp and seeds, and cut into small pieces; rinse the goji berries and ginkgo nuts separately.

2. Place the pot over high heat, add the broth and evaporated milk and bring to a boil. First add the pumpkin chunks, goji berries, and ginkgo nuts, then cook over high heat until boiling. Add salt, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 40 minutes until the flavors meld. Finally, ladle into bowls and sprinkle with chopped celery before serving.
