250 g (about 1/2 lb) radish, 50 g (about 1.8 oz) ham, a small amount of celery.

Steps

1. Wash the radish, peel it, and slice it into thin pieces.

2. Trim and wash the celery, then cut into sections.

3. Slice the ham into pieces.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a pot until hot, first add chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add celery segments, radish slices, ham slices, and enough water to cover, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes until the radish and celery are tender, season with salt to taste and serve.
