Ingredients
300 g baby bok choy, 50 g (about 1/4 cup) toasted sesame seeds.
Seasonings
5 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon salt.
Instructions
1. Place 1 tablespoon of oil and ginger slices in a microwave-safe bag, microwave on high for 3 minutes to release the aroma, then remove and discard the ginger slices.
2. Wash the baby bok choy and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them in a microwave-safe bag with 2 tablespoons of oil, add salt and toss to coat. Loosely seal the bag and microwave on high for 3 minutes until tender.
3. Place the bok choy on a large plate and drizzle with sesame seeds. This dish is light and refreshing, with the fragrant aroma of sesame.
