Ingredients
Fresh mushrooms 1250 g (about 2.5 lbs), clear broth half a cup.
Seasonings
Vegetable oil 0.5 tablespoon, oyster sauce 0.5 tablespoon, cooking wine, wet cornstarch slurry, salt, and soy sauce 3 teaspoons each, MSG 1.5 teaspoons, ground white pepper 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
1. Wash the fresh mushrooms thoroughly, drain them, and pat dry.
2. Heat 0.5 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over low heat, add the fresh mushrooms, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and clear broth, simmer briefly, then season with salt, soy sauce, and MSG to taste, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, sprinkle with white pepper, and serve.
