Ingredients
Cilantro, ground pork, preserved mustard greens, and dried shrimp, each to taste.
Seasonings
Salt, pepper, sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder, scallions, ginger, and cooking oil, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into thick slices and arrange them on a plate. Add salt, sesame oil, and water. Shred the scallions and ginger into thin strips.
2. Place the ground pork into the preserved mustard greens, then add salt, chicken bouillon, and white pepper, mixing well. Spread this mixture over the sliced tofu, top with dried shrimp and shredded scallion and ginger, then steam for 5 minutes. Once steamed, remove the tofu, and garnish with fresh shredded scallion and ginger.
3. Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat until hot, then pour the hot oil over the tofu and serve.
