Ingredients
1 fresh coconut, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) each of fresh sea shrimp, raw fish fillet, fresh squid, and fresh scallops, 50 g (about 1.8 oz) carrot, 75 g (about 2.6 oz) onion.
Seasonings
Salt and MSG to taste.
Instructions
1. Slice the sea shrimp meat, raw fish fillet, fresh squid, fresh scallops, onion, and carrot; blanch all these ingredients in boiling water. Saw open a coconut at the 1/4 mark and clean it.
2. Add broth to a wok, pour in all the ingredients, season with salt and MSG, then add coconut milk and fresh milk, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, pour everything into the coconut shell, and braise in the oven for 15 minutes before serving.
