Ingredients
1 fresh tender chicken
Seasonings
15 g salt, 10 g cooking wine, 3 g MSG (or to taste), maltose as needed.
Instructions
1. Blanch the chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and drain well.
2. Rub the chicken evenly with MSG, salt, and wine, then marinate for half an hour. Remove and let it air dry, then brush the chicken evenly with maltose.
3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake in the oven, breast-side up for 25 minutes, then turn it over and bake back-side up for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
