Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Tofu and Kimchi

Ingredients

Pork belly and tofu, both to taste.

Seasonings

Vegetable oil, salt, MSG, garlic, and red kimchi, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Slice the pork belly into thin pieces; boil the tofu thoroughly in water; slice the garlic.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, sauté garlic slices until fragrant, add the pork belly and cook until about 80% done, then add the red kimchi, season with salt and MSG, and stir-fry until cooked through; boil the tofu, slice it, and arrange on a plate, then top with the pork mixture.
