Ingredients
350 g (about 12 oz) eggplant
Seasonings
5 g sesame oil, 10 g sesame paste, 7 g salt, and to taste fresh cilantro, Chinese chives, and mashed garlic.
Instructions
1. Remove the stem from the eggplant, peel it, and slice into 0.3 cm (about 1/8 inch) thick rounds. Place in a bowl and steam for 25 minutes, then let cool slightly before using.
2. Drain the steamed eggplant, then mix in sesame oil, salt, sesame paste, cilantro, chives, and mashed garlic until well combined. Serve.
