Stir-Fried Asparagus

Ingredients

200 g asparagus, 100 g chopped scallions.

Seasonings

Salt, cornstarch, cooking wine, and vinegar, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Wash the asparagus and cut into segments, set aside.

2. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, add chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cooking wine, vinegar, salt, and MSG. Add the asparagus segments and stir-fry continuously until tender. Finally, add a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch dissolved in water) to thicken the sauce, then remove from heat and plate.
