Instructions
1. Remove the roots from the broccoli, separate into florets, wash thoroughly, blanch in boiling water, then drain.
2. Place a wok over heat, add oil, and sauté scallions and ginger until fragrant. Add broth, salt, sugar, and MSG, then remove the scallions and ginger. Add the broccoli and bring to a brief boil twice. Pour in milk, bring to a boil again, then thicken with a cornstarch slurry. Toss the wok, drizzle with sesame oil, and plate. This dish is fresh, crisp, tender, and savory, with a light and refreshing flavor.
