Tossed Tofu with Hot Oil

Ingredients

50 g (about 1/4 cup) tender green beans, 50 g (about 1/3 cup) tomato, 4 pieces of tofu, and wood ear mushrooms to taste.

Seasonings

Salt, minced scallions, minced ginger, MSG, Sichuan peppercorn oil, and sesame oil, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Cut the tofu, tender green beans, tomatoes, and wood ear mushrooms into small cubes; blanch the tofu and green beans in boiling water until cooked through, then drain well and arrange on a plate.

2. Combine scallions, minced ginger, salt, MSG, tomatoes, sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorn oil, and wood ear mushrooms together, then pour over the blanched tofu and green beans in a bowl, and toss well to combine.
