Ingredients
1000 g (about 2.2 lbs) water spinach, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) lean pork.
Seasonings
Salt 1 g (about 1/4 tsp), sugar 3 g (about 3/4 tsp), oil 40 g (about 3 tbsp).
Instructions
1. Finely mince the lean pork; wash the water spinach thoroughly.
2. Heat oil in a clay pot, add the ground meat and dry-fry until fragrant, then add salt and sugar, stir briefly before adding the water spinach, and stir-fry for a moment until just done.
