Ingredients
1 fresh flower, winter bamboo shoots, squid, sea cucumber, shrimp meat, fresh scallops, cooked chicken pieces, and fish fillets, each to taste.
Seasonings
Salt, MSG (or chicken bouillon), white pepper, minced ginger, cooking wine, and water starch slurry, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Place fresh flowers upside down in the center of the plate. Blanch squid, sea cucumber, shrimp meat, fresh scallops, cooked chicken pieces, fish fillets, and winter bamboo shoots in boiling water, then drain and arrange them around the flowers.
2. In a ladle or small saucepan, bring the broth, salt, MSG, white pepper, minced ginger, and cooking wine to a boil. Thicken with a water and cornstarch slurry, then pour the sauce over the dish and serve.
