Instructions
1. First, cook the fresh mushrooms until done, then finely chop the tofu, shrimp, cooked mushrooms, and chicken paste, add salt, and mix everything together until well combined.
2. Steam in the pot for about 10 minutes, then once cooked, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
