Ingredients
2 tomatoes, 1 block of firm tofu, 80 g (about 3 oz) pork, and 1/2 cup broth.
Seasonings
Sugar, soy sauce 1 tablespoon each, cooking wine 2 tablespoons, salt and shredded ginger 1 teaspoon each, oil and water-mixed chestnut starch 1.5 tablespoons each.
Instructions
1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges; cut the tofu into large cubes; slice the pork.
2. Stir-fry the pork in oil until fully cooked, add the tomato and tofu, stir well to combine, then add the seasonings and bring to a boil, thicken with cornstarch slurry and serve.
