Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) red bell peppers.
Seasonings
60 g (about 1/2 cup) white sugar, 40 g (about 3 tablespoons) sesame oil, 40 g (about 3 tablespoons) vinegar, 5 g (about 1 teaspoon) salt.
Instructions
1. Wash the red bell peppers thoroughly, remove the stems and seeds, then cut into long strips.
2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet, first stir-fry the red bell peppers until cooked, then add salt and sugar and continue stir-frying, followed by vinegar and toss well. This dish is beautifully red in color with a fresh and savory flavor.
