Ingredients
1 bunch bok choy or Chinese greens, 10 shiitake mushrooms, a small amount of water.
Seasonings
MSG, cooking wine, salt, sesame oil, and peanut oil, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Heat peanut oil in a wok or skillet until hot, then add the greens and stir-fry until wilted.
2. Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry together, splash in the cooking wine, salt, MSG, and sesame oil, and stir-fry vigorously over high heat until the greens wilt, then add a small amount of water and it's done. This dish is richly aromatic and an excellent choice for banquets.
