Stir-Fried Fresh Mushrooms with Peas

Ingredients

100 g fresh button mushrooms, 200 g fresh tender snow peas.

Seasonings

150 g (about 2/3 cup) vegetable oil, 15 g (about 1 tablespoon) soy sauce, 3 g (about 1/2 teaspoon) salt.

Instructions

1. Shell the peas, wash the fresh mushrooms and dice them.

2. Heat a wok over high heat, add vegetable oil and heat until hot. Add the diced fresh mushrooms and peas, stir-frying a few times. Add light soy sauce and salt, then quickly stir-fry over high heat until cooked through. This dish features a pleasing white-and-green color contrast, is refreshing and delicious. Fresh mushrooms contain protein, fat, carbohydrates, various amino acids, multiple trace elements, and vitamins. Peas contain protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins, and can help alleviate poor appetite caused by greasy foods.
