Tofu, quail eggs, and carrot puree, each to taste.

Water starch, chopped scallions, oil, salt, and additional chopped scallions, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into cylindrical shapes and hollow out a small round well in the center; crack a quail egg into each well; then arrange the carrot puree around the tofu.
2. Place in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes, then remove; heat oil, sauté the chopped scallions until fragrant, add salt and a water-starch slurry, stirring until it forms a smooth, slightly thick sauce, then pour it over the dish. This dish is delicious and suitable for all ages.
