Assorted Flavors Pork Heart

Ingredients

500 g (about 1 lb) pork heart.

Seasonings

green onion sections, chopped scallions, ginger slices, minced ginger, garlic paste, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and cooking wine to taste, plus a little MSG, white pepper, chili oil, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Clean and prepare the pork heart thoroughly, then blanch it in boiling water until fully cooked, remove and rinse clean.

2. Add water to a pot, then add scallion segments, ginger slices, and the pork heart. Add cooking wine and a pinch of salt, boil until cooked through, then remove and let cool before slicing thinly.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until hot, add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined, then pour into a container, add the sliced pork heart and let it soak for 90 minutes until fully flavored.
