Braised Pork Hock Salad

Ingredients

500 g (about 1 lb) pork hock meat, 150 g cucumber.

Seasonings

Salt to taste, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil.

Steps

1. Wash and prepare the pork hock, then cook it in boiling water until tender. Remove, let cool, and slice into large pieces.

2. Wash the cucumber, drain well, lightly crush it with the side of a knife, then cut into diamond-shaped pieces.

3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and sesame oil to make the dressing.

4. Place the cucumber in a serving dish, arrange the pork hock meat on top, then pour the seasoned sauce over everything and toss well to combine.
