Spicy Enoki Mushrooms

Ingredients

200 g enoki mushrooms, 25 g cilantro.

Seasonings

a drizzle of chili oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and minced garlic, MSG, and white pepper to taste.

Steps

1. Trim and wash the enoki mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, drain and squeeze out excess water, then cut into sections and arrange on a plate.

2. Wash and trim the cilantro, cut it into segments, and place them on top of the enoki mushrooms.

3. Mix together chili oil, salt, minced garlic, MSG, and ground pepper to create a dressing, then pour it over the enoki mushrooms, toss well, and serve.
