100 g enoki mushrooms, 50 g red bell pepper strips, wood ear mushroom strips and ham strips (both to taste), 3 dried chili peppers.

A pinch of shredded ginger and minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, and rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Steps
1. Soak dried chili peppers until soft, then flash-fry them in hot sesame oil until fragrant; wash the enoki mushrooms; bring a pot of water to a boil, add the enoki mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms, blanch until cooked, then remove and drain well.
2. Place the enoki mushrooms, red bell pepper, wood ear mushrooms, and ham in a bowl. Add shredded ginger, minced garlic, salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, and rice vinegar, then toss to combine. Drizzle with chili oil and serve.
