
Ingredients
150 g firm tofu (tofu puffs or pressed tofu), 60 g celery, 30 g sweet bell pepper.
Seasonings
Salt 1/2 teaspoon, MSG 1/2 teaspoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 2 tablespoons.
Steps
1. Wash and trim the celery, blanch it in boiling water, then remove and plunge into cold water to cool. Cut into 3 cm (about 1-inch) pieces.
2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, cut into thick strips, then blanch briefly in boiling water, remove and rinse under cold water; wash the dried tofu, cut into thin strips.
3. Place the celery segments, shredded dried tofu, and shredded sweet bell pepper in a bowl. Add salt, MSG, soy sauce, and sesame oil, toss well to combine, then plate and serve.
