
Ingredients
1000 g (about 2.2 lbs) dried needlefish
Seasonings
50 g chili powder, 100 g salt, 4 teaspoons each of MSG and sugar, and a little sesame oil.
Steps
1. Rinse the dried needlefish, drain well, then steam in a pot for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
2. Place the needlefish in a bowl, add salt, MSG, chili powder, and sugar, then toss to coat evenly.
3. Marinate for 12 hours until fully flavored, then remove from the marinade, arrange on a serving plate, drizzle with sesame oil, toss to combine, and serve.
