500 g (about 1 lb) tender cabbage stalks, a small piece of dried tangerine peel.

Steps
1. Wash the tender stalks of napa cabbage thoroughly, first cut into large sections, then make two diagonal slices (without cutting all the way through), and finally cut lengthwise into thin shreds; remove the white pith from the tangerine peel, wash, and cut into fine strips.
2. Place the shredded cabbage stems and orange peel strips in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, sugar, and white vinegar, then toss everything together until well combined.
