
Ingredients
250 g salmon, 50 g cucumber, 1 lemon.
Seasonings
Mustard 2 tablespoons, Maggi Seasoning 3 tablespoons, ice cubes 500 g (about 1 lb).
Steps
1. Rinse the salmon fillet, then slice it into thin pieces about 6 cm long and 3 cm wide. Wash the cucumber and lemon separately, and slice them thinly as well.
2. Put ice cubes into an ice shaver to make crushed ice, then mound it into a small mountain shape on a plate. Arrange cucumber slices and lemon slices around the edge of the plate, then neatly place the salmon slices on top of the crushed ice.
3. Place wasabi and Maggi seasoning sauce in a small dish and serve alongside the salmon for dipping.
