
Ingredients
300 g pork kidney, 150 g yellow chive, 1 sweet bell pepper.
Seasonings
Salt 1/2 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, a pinch of MSG, soy sauce 2 teaspoons, chili oil 1 tablespoon.
Steps
1. Remove the membrane from the pork kidneys, rinse them clean, and drain. Place on a cutting board, split in half, and remove the white inner core. Slice into thin strips, then blanch in boiling water until cooked through. Remove and drain well.
2. Trim and wash the hotbed chives, then cut into segments; remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, wash, and cut into strips.
3. Place the kidney strips in a large bowl, add the chive segments, bell pepper strips, soy sauce, salt, sugar, chili oil, MSG, and sesame oil, then toss everything together until well combined.
