
Ingredients
75 g rehydrated black fungus, 50 g rehydrated white fungus (silver ear), 250 g cucumber slices, 20 g red bell pepper, 30 g fried peanuts.
Seasonings
Salt, MSG, chicken bouillon powder, sugar, rice vinegar, and Sichuan pepper oil, each to taste.
Steps
1. Wash the cucumber and slice it; remove the stem from the red bell pepper, wash it, and slice it.
2. Remove the roots from both the wood ear mushrooms and silver ear mushrooms, wash them thoroughly, tear into small pieces, blanch briefly in boiling water, then remove, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
3. Place the cucumber slices, wood ear mushrooms, silver ear mushrooms, red bell pepper slices, and peanuts together in a large bowl. Add salt, MSG, chicken bouillon, sugar, and rice vinegar, and toss to combine evenly. Drizzle with Sichuan pepper oil and serve.
