
Ingredients
200 g (about 7 oz) chive stems, 2 century eggs, 1 tomato.
Seasonings
A small amount of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon each of sugar and white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
Steps
1. Trim and wash the chive stems, cut them into segments, blanch in boiling water, then remove and rinse under cold water; remove the stem from the tomato, wash and dice; peel the century eggs, rinse, and dice.
2. Place the diced tomatoes, chive flower stems, and century egg pieces in a bowl. Pour over a dressing made from minced garlic, sugar, white vinegar, and soy sauce, then drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine.
