Chicken Diced with Soybean Sprouts

Ingredients

300 g soybean sprouts, 100 g chicken breast, 30 g dried shrimp, 15 g each of red and green chili pepper diced.

Seasonings

5 g scallions (chopped), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 2 tablespoons sesame oil.

Steps

1. Rinse the chicken breast, cut into small cubes, blanch in boiling water until cooked, then drain; place dried shrimp in a bowl and soak in hot water until softened.

2. Rinse the soybean sprouts thoroughly, blanch them in boiling water until cooked, then remove and rinse under cold water, and drain well.

3. Place the bean sprouts and diced chicken in a bowl, add the diced green bell pepper, diced red chili pepper, dried shrimp, and seasonings, then toss everything together until well combined.
