Vegetarian Pork Floss

Seasonings

5 sheets of dried tofu skin (bean curd sheets).

Seasonings

15 g minced ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1000 g vegetable oil (about 30 g will be absorbed).

Steps

1. Roll the tofu skin into a flat, oblong log, then cut it into thin shreds.

2. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a wok until hot, add the shredded tofu skin and deep-fry until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.

3. Place the deep-fried tofu skin shreds in a large plate, add salt, MSG, sugar, and minced ginger, then toss well until evenly seasoned.
