150 g cleaned squid, 300 g broccoli.
Seasonings
10 g minced garlic, 4 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon MSG.
Steps
1. Wash the broccoli, break into small florets, and blanch briefly in boiling water with a pinch of salt, then drain.
2. Clean the squid, score it in a crosshatch pattern, then blanch in boiling water with a splash of white vinegar and a pinch of salt until it curls, then drain.
3. Place the squid pieces and broccoli florets in a bowl, add minced garlic, white vinegar, salt, and MSG, and toss to combine. Drizzle with sesame oil, transfer to a serving plate, and serve.
