
Ingredients
4 eggs, 20 g (about 3/4 oz) red bell pepper.
Seasonings
50 g garlic, plus fine salt and sesame oil to taste.
Steps
1. Peel and wash the garlic cloves, place them in a bowl, add salt, and mash into a paste; remove the stem and seeds from the red chili pepper, wash it, and dice into small pieces.
2. Wash the eggs, place them in a pot of cold water, and boil until hard-cooked. Remove and rinse under cold water, then peel off the shells. Mash the eggs into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the garlic paste.
3. Add sesame oil and mix well, then sprinkle with diced red bell pepper before serving.
