
Ingredients
250 g (about 9 oz) goose gizzards, 50 g (about 1.75 oz) cilantro.
Seasonings
Red braising liquid to taste, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and MSG, 2 teaspoons sesame oil.
Steps
1. Remove any impurities from the goose gizzards, rinse them thoroughly, blanch in boiling water, then transfer to a pot of seasoned marinade and simmer until tender and cooked through. Remove and slice into 0.3 cm thick pieces. Pick and wash the cilantro, then cut into 6 cm long segments.
2. Place the goose gizzards and cilantro segments in a mixing bowl. Add salt, MSG (or to taste), and sesame oil, then toss thoroughly to combine. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
