Thai-Style Cold Seafood Salad

Seasonings

75 g each of squid, shrimp, and clams, 40 g each of onion strips, celery strips, and cherry tomato halves, and a pinch of red bell pepper slices and cilantro leaves.

Seasonings

3 g garlic (sliced), 1 tablespoon each of sugar, lemon juice, and fish sauce, 2 tablespoons white vinegar.

Steps

1. Clean the squid and cut into small pieces; devein and wash the shrimp; soak the clams in lightly salted water, then wash them. Blanch each seafood separately in boiling water until cooked, remove and rinse under cold water, then drain well.

2. Then place in a large bowl, add red bell pepper slices, onion strips, celery strips, cherry tomato halves, sliced garlic, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, and white vinegar. Toss everything together until well combined, transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with cilantro leaves.
