
Ingredients
200 g firm tofu (dried tofu), 10 g dried shrimp, 20 g red bell pepper.
Seasonings
1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and enough fresh broth to cover.
Steps
1. Cut the dried tofu into thin shreds, place them in a pot with enough fresh broth to cover, and cook thoroughly, then turn off the heat.
2. Remove the thoroughly cooked dried tofu shreds from the pot and place them in a dish, then mix in a pinch of salt to taste.
3. Place the dried shrimp in a bowl, add water to rinse and soak briefly, then drain and place on top of the shredded dried tofu. Add Worcestershire sauce and sesame oil, toss to combine, and serve.
