
Ingredients
250 g cooked duck meat, 200 g fresh pineapple.
Seasonings
3 teaspoons peanut butter, 4 teaspoons sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon white vinegar.
Steps
1. Remove the bones from the cooked duck meat, cut into small cubes, and place in a dish.
2. Peel and wash the pineapple, soak it in lightly salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and cut into chunks.
3. Add the pineapple chunks to the plate with the duck, sprinkle with sugar, toss well to combine, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Mix peanut butter with a little water and white vinegar until smooth, then pour over the duck and pineapple chunks, toss well and serve.
