Ingredients
250 g napa cabbage, 50 g sweet bell pepper.
Seasonings
Chopped scallions 10 g, salt, MSG, and sugar 1/2 teaspoon each, prepared mustard paste 10 g, butter, white vinegar, and sesame oil 1 teaspoon each, chili oil 1 tablespoon.
Steps
1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into slices, sprinkle with a little salt, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse clean; remove the stems and seeds from the sweet peppers, rinse, and slice into thin pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine salt, MSG, sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, butter, and prepared mustard, stirring to create a sweet-sour dressing with a slight kick. Add the cabbage stalks and sweet pepper slices, letting them soak until flavored. Remove and arrange on a plate, drizzle with chili oil, and sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
