Ingredients
50 g dried black fungus (about 2 oz), and some sausage.
Seasonings
Salt, white sugar, MSG, vinegar, chopped scallions, white pepper, sesame oil, and scallions, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Rinse the black fungus in cold water and soak until rehydrated, then boil in a pot until cooked. Drain well and set aside.
2. Place the black fungus in a bowl, add salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper, mix well, and plate. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve. This dish is refreshing and aromatic.
