Cucumber Salad with Sliced Shrimp

Discover how to make a refreshing Cucumber Salad with Sliced Shrimp.

Ingredients

2 pairs of shrimp, 1 section of cucumber.

Seasonings

3 leaves of leafy greens, 2 stalks of garlic sprouts, 25 g (about 2 tablespoons) soy sauce, 10 g (about 2 teaspoons) aged vinegar, 10 g (about 2 tablespoons) rehydrated wood ear mushrooms, 5 g (about 1 teaspoon) sesame oil.

Instructions

1. Peel the prawns, boil them in a pot of water until cooked, then remove and let cool; wash and trim the garlic chives and leafy greens, then slice them into sections; wash the cucumber and slice it into half-rounds; then set all the ingredients aside on a cutting board.

2. At this point, slice the chilled shrimp, then arrange on a plate and season; the plating order is to first line the plate with greens, then arrange the shrimp slices in a decorative pattern (your choice), top with cucumber slices and garlic chives, sprinkle with rehydrated wood ear mushrooms, and pour over soy sauce, sesame oil, and aged vinegar. This dish is colorful and attractive, with a refreshing and clean flavor.
