Ingredients
200 g longan meat, 80 g orange juice, fresh orange slices to taste.
Seasonings
50 g white sugar, 10 g white vinegar, 2 g each of salt and vanilla powder.
Instructions
1. Shell the fresh longan and rinse them clean.
2. Add white sugar to the concentrated orange juice, then stir in fresh orange slices, white vinegar, salt, and vanilla powder until well combined, then mix in ice-cold water.
3. Place the washed longan meat into the orange juice mixture, refrigerate for 6 hours, then remove and plate. This dish is refreshingly sweet and sour with a fragrant orange aroma, making it a delightful appetizer.
