Instructions
1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into fine pieces; wash the purple cabbage, cucumber, carrot, and jellyfish, then cut all into thin strips, blanch in boiling water, drain, and place in a bowl; separate the egg, keeping only the yolk, heat a pan and pour in the yolk to make a thin omelet, then cut it into thin strips and add to the bowl.
2. In a bowl containing shredded purple cabbage, cucumber, carrot, jellyfish, and egg, add salt, vinegar, sesame oil, white sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken bouillon, and minced garlic chives, then toss well to combine. This dish is crisp and refreshing with vibrant colors.
