Ingredients
150 g (about 5 oz) silken tofu
Seasonings
50 g sesame paste, 50 g finely chopped Sichuan pickled mustard tuber (zha cai), 25 g sesame oil, 5 g sugar, 4 g salt, and 3 g MSG.
Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm (about 1/2 inch) cubes, blanch them briefly in boiling water, then remove and drain well.
2. Thin the sesame paste with sesame oil, then add salt, minced pickled mustard tuber, sugar, and MSG, stirring until well combined. Pour this mixture over the tofu cubes and serve.
